It’s been so long since my last post at CuteFash…but today’s weather’s inspired me to write. After record-beatingly cold temperatures throughout most of February, I think today was rather nice–minus the hair in my face (no thanks to the wind). There was a lot of sun, and I was able to text without worrying about my hands freezing and drying up! So then it occurred to me that school’s over in a month and summer will surely be on its way. AND summer means bikini season, and bikini season means toned bodies!

Naturally, I looked online for an easy, at-home workout and came across this video, which shows you how to do a full body workout in 10 minutes:

This is definitely a quick and effective way to workout in preparation for the summer. And I don’ t know about you guys, but the beach in the background just motivates me even more!

The earlier you begin, the better results you’ll see. So try to enjoy it by working out with music or friends, and don’t forget your healthy post-workout refreshers as a reward!
