If you thought my Fashion Forecast for the Spring was somewhat useful and/or interesting, you’re definitely going to want to read this one!
Pantone brings us yet another fashion report of the most prominent colors of the upcoming season — this time with less pastels and more bold hues (which is what Fall is all about).
The colors are all incredibly beautiful shades of reds, purples and blues, which are each enriched with fall spirit. I’ve already found myself splurging on pieces in Sangria while shopping for back-to-school attire last week. And I don’t think I’ll stop until I’m jaded by the very berry, oh-so pretty, lipstick shade kind of color.
In addition to my newfound love for sangria, I’ve also acquired a taste for Cypress and Cognac; they would both make great colors for trousers/jeans and cardigans and knit sweaters. These two earthy tones are definitely a Fall must-have.
But while the colors mentioned above are associated mainly with the Fall, the Royal Blue and Bright Cobalt are year round personal faves of mine. No matter what the season, you can never go wrong with blue dresses and blouses.
